What Are Your Customer Service Hours?
Our team is generally available Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. If we are unable to respond right away, we will get back to you as soon as possible!
How Can I Check The Status of My Order?
It's simple! All you have to do is sign in to your account, and from there, you'll be able to see what the status is of your order. If you have any difficulties, we'd be happy to help you out. Just give us a call.
How Much Is Shipping?
Orders of $75 and over ship for FREE! Anything under $75 ships for a flat rate of $6.99 per order.

What Service Do You Use To Ship My Order?
We will either use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your package depending on the size and weight of your order. We select the service that will deliver your products the fastest!
Do You Ship Outside the United States?
Not quite yet! We are currently investigating possible options to offer international shipping and will be sure to let everyone know when we officially launch the new service.
Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this point in time.
