Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We're a small business made up of dog lovers, and we only sell wholesome products that we proudly use with our own pets. If for any reason you and your dog are not 100% satisfied with your Pawstruck purchase, you may return it for a refund or try a different product free of charge.

Our guarantee means you can return any new, unused product that didn't work out for you and your dog, within 60 days of purchase. Our team of real dog owners will help you find a replacement product or refund your purchase.

Steps to Return

  1. Contact us to receive the RMA # and start the return process.
  2. Once you have your RMA #, send your return back to this address including your RMA # inside the package:

  3. The product must be in new and unused condition, just like your pup received it.
  4. Once received and inspected, the cost of the product will be refunded back to you.

The Fine Paw-print

  • Once we receive your return, it'll be credited back to the original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for you to see the refund reflected on your account.
  • If you received a free promotional item with your purchase and it isn't returned, the total value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
  • For many of our products, we offer a discounted price for buying in bulk/larger quantities.  (For example, the per piece price of buying 20 cow ears would be less than the per piece price of 10 cow ears). If you received a bulk or quantity discount and only a partial return was made, the discount that you received will be voided. This means that we will subtract the discount amount from the return.
